Carne sources beef from regional farms selected for their humane treatment of their cattle. Our farms raise beef on pasture the way grandpa used to, adhering to our policy with no added hormones or antibiotics. Cattle raised this way simply tastes better and you can feel good about eating it.
Because we keep a fresh selection, our availability changes frequently and items sometimes sell out. However, we typically have roasts, ribs, ribeye, strip, tri tip/flap, bones and fresh grind. We grind our beef three times a week to ensure freshness, and our grind is made up of more steak and roast trim to make it more complex and rich in flavor.
